Catherine Reid is the Director of Client Services and Philanthropy and the Investment Operations Director at Infinity Wealth Management. With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and credentials that include Series 7, Series 66, and NC Life Insurance licenses, she brings both depth and versatility to the team. But it’s her warmth, empathy, and natural ability to connect that truly set her apart. Catherine is often the first and most frequent point of contact for clients—and, more often than not, the reason they stay.
For Catherine, the heart of the work isn’t in the numbers—it’s in the people. She has a unique gift for building lasting relationships rooted in trust, compassion, and shared stories. Clients don’t just talk to her about their financial goals; they talk about their families, passions, and dreams. “It’s amazing what people will share once they get to know you,” she says. “When they walk through the door, it’s like friends coming in.” Her approachable style and genuine care are part of what makes Infinity different—and why clients often say they feel at home here.
In addition to overseeing investment operations, Catherine leads our Charitable Connections program, curating joyful and impactful events that bring clients together with local nonprofits. She helps clients build their values into their financial lives through ESG investing and philanthropic planning, making it easier for their money to reflect what matters most. Her community involvement has also included Hurricane Helene recovery efforts and continued local volunteer work.
Catherine lives in Asheville with her husband, Luke, their two children, and their doodle, Daisy. Outside the office, she enjoys rowing, working out, and exploring new wellness trends. She’s also passionate about live music, travel, and Asheville’s food scene—any place, as she puts it, “where good people gather and good stories are shared.”
