Theresa Browning is the Tax Operations Director at Infinity Wealth Management and the driving force behind one of the firm’s most powerful differentiators: its in-house tax practice. With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, Theresa combines operational excellence with strategic insight to lead a seamless, high-touch client experience. She built the tax department from the ground up—transforming it into a cornerstone of the firm’s holistic planning approach and a key reason why so many clients choose and stay with Infinity.
In her role, Theresa manages every facet of tax services logistics, from process optimization to hiring and team leadership. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the tax team and plays a critical role in staffing decisions across the firm, including narrowing the candidate pool for the investment side. Her work ensures that clients benefit from truly integrated planning—where taxes, investments, and long-term goals are all considered under one coordinated strategy.
Outside of tax season, Theresa plays a key role in shaping Infinity’s marketing and outreach. She brings sharp perspective and deep client insight to everything from campaigns to community initiatives, helping communicate the firm’s mission of empowering clients through proactive, personalized service. Her ability to connect the dots between operations, strategy, and client care makes her indispensable across the organization.
Originally from Detroit, MI, and a graduate of Broward Community College, Theresa now lives in Arden, NC with her husband, Mike, and their kids. A nature lover and puzzle enthusiast, she’s happiest when combining her favorite things—hiking, Peloton biking, spending time with her three puppies and tackling a great jigsaw on the porch.
